Teriann Scarantino

As a policy analyst on the OWCA Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs team, Teriann researches and analyzes ongoing and adopted regulatory changes to discern the impact on workers’ compensation pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services. She has extensive PBM experience, having worked in the workers’ comp division since 2012, and brings insight into how development and implementation of public policies can impact OWCA operational structures and the everyday-life of injured parties.

Prior to joining Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs, Teriann was a team lead for the provisioning of ancillary products and services and a team lead for pharmacy, federal and retail teams medication processing. She also served as a project manager on the ancillary team, managing home modification projects and vehicle purchase and modifications for injured parties.

Before her employment in workers’ comp, Teriann worked as a health unit coordinator and corporate customer service trainer for hospital systems and also held multiple positions in pathology laboratories for two dermatology practices.

Teriann holds an Associate of Science Degree in Healthcare Systems Administration from Florida Career College.
